We serve Katy, Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Firethorne and Old Katy. A metal replacement starts with your roof's actual geometry: roof planes, valleys, edges, penetrations and access. Tree cover or incomplete imagery may require manual measurements before the office can confirm the proposal.
What is included in the installation scope?

- Remove and inspect: remove the existing roof as specified and review the deck; document additional decking or other work separately.

- Finish and review: complete the specified ventilation and accessory details, clean up and review the finished scope.
Your written proposal identifies included work and separately priced additions. The measured proposal is the basis for approval; an online price is preliminary.

What is a standing seam metal roof?
Steel panels meet at raised seams, with concealed attachments rather than exposed screws across the panel faces. Panel profile, attachment and flashing details must suit the roof; the office confirms the system in your measured proposal.
Which metal and colors are available?
Our standing seam offer uses 24-gauge steel. Signature 200 is the standard finish; Signature 300 colors are an upgrade. Copper Metallic is painted steel, not genuine copper. Genuine copper requires a manual quote.
What should a Katy metal roof proposal include?
Compare the measured roof area and waste, panel gauge and profile, selected finish and color, tear-off, dry-in, flashing, penetrations, ventilation, cleanup and any separately priced work. Confirm the written scope, not just a total price.
Will standing seam work on my roof slope?
Slope requirements depend on the selected panel system. We review roof pitch, valleys, penetrations and drainage before confirming suitability; one panel's minimum slope does not apply to every standing seam roof.
What warranty applies to my metal roof?
Substrate, paint finish and workmanship coverage are separate. We confirm the manufacturer's written terms for your selected panel, finish, color and location before presenting coverage. Metal is not maintenance-free: seams, flashing and penetrations still need attention.
