Get your instant quote: https://roof.day/fb/estimate Call (713) 489-4265: +17134894265 ## Our promise If any roofing component Roof Repair Company removed and replaced on your job leaks because of how we installed it, we will repair that workmanship defect — labor and materials — at no charge to you, for as long as you own the home. On a Permanent Roofing Repair, this guarantee covers only the area and components we removed and replaced on that job. It does not cover the rest of your roof. ## What's covered - Shingle nailing and alignment - Underlayment and ice-and-water placement - Decking we replaced - Step, counter, apron and valley flashing we installed - Pipe boots and penetrations we replaced - Ridge, hip and ventilation we installed - Drip edge and starter we installed - The sealing of everything we touched ## What's not covered - Storm, hail, wind, falling trees or debris, fire, flood, or any event after completion (that is your homeowner's insurance — we will document it for your claim) - Manufacturer defects in the materials themselves (covered by the manufacturer's warranty — we will file it with you) - Work by anyone else after us (solar, satellite, HVAC, plumbing, painters, gutters, other roofers) - Structural movement, settling, or framing failure - Animals or pests - Leaks from parts of the home we did not work on (siding, windows, chimney masonry, skylight glass, roofing we were not hired to replace) - Lack of reasonable maintenance (clogged gutters, debris in valleys) - Maintenance or sealant-only service visits (those carry their own 1-year service warranty and are not part of this guarantee) ## Two kinds of repair ### Permanent Roofing Repair — carries the Roof.Leak.Free.Guaranteed. We remove the failed components — shingles, underlayment, decking, flashing, boots — and weave new material into the existing roof system. Guaranteed for as long as you own the home, on the components we replaced. ### Maintenance / Sealant Service — 1-year service warranty Caulking, resealing existing flashing or boots, spot-sealing nail pops, tarping or temporary dry-in. Useful work, but it is not a permanent repair, so it is not sold under the guarantee name. ## Transfer On a full roof replacement, this guarantee may be transferred one time to the next owner of the home if the sale closes within 10 years of the completion date and we receive the transfer request with proof of ownership transfer (closing statement or recorded deed) within 30 days of closing. Submit to office@roof.day. After transfer, the guarantee continues for the new owner's period of ownership and is not transferable again. Guarantees on Permanent Roofing Repairs are not transferable. Submit a warranty transfer online (https://roof.day/warranty-transfer) ## Limits Our remedy is to repair or replace the affected work, at our option — we don't pay cash in place of repairs. Our total responsibility is limited to the original contract price of the work. We don't cover damage to the inside or outside of the home or its contents, mold, or loss of use — that's what homeowner's insurance is for. The written warranty you receive with your job has the complete terms, and it controls if anything here differs. ## How to make a claim Tell us in writing within 30 days of noticing a leak — email office@roof.day or text (713) 489-4265 — with photos and your job or registration number. Telling a salesperson or crew member is not notice to the company. Please don't let anyone else repair or alter the area before we inspect it (emergency tarping is fine once you've notified us and taken photos). We inspect, tell you straight what it is, and if it's our workmanship we repair it at no charge. ## Term "Lifetime" means the original homeowner's period of ownership of the home — not the life of the roof — beginning on the job completion date, and only once the job is paid in full. Each qualifying job comes with a printed certificate listing the components covered. This guarantee runs alongside, and does not replace, any manufacturer warranty (for example GAF Golden Pledge®). ## A real local company Image: GAF Master Elite® Contractor (https://roof.day/__l5e/assets-v1/9df8e09e-45c4-4e80-9d04-76475c6ef663/master-elite.png) GAF Master Elite® Contractor Image: Roof Repair Company office at 21418 Provincial Blvd, Katy, TX (https://roof.day/__l5e/assets-v1/a514be3d-43bd-4fe1-8e1a-db4911dd31bd/office-katy-provincial.jpg) Our office · 21418 Provincial Blvd, Katy Image: Roof Repair Company crew with work trucks (https://roof.day/__l5e/assets-v1/eb7502c6-e930-4146-9e3d-32303575e4f1/crew-warehouse.jpg) Our own crews and trucks Image: Roof Repair Company crew at a finished roof (https://roof.day/__l5e/assets-v1/7b811c65-9d57-46e9-8d36-52431624eebe/crew-jobsite.jpg) On the job in Houston Registered and insured · GAF Master Elite® certified Roof Repair Company LLC · 21418 Provincial Blvd, Katy, TX 77450 · (713) 489-4265 · office@roof.day · GAF Master Elite® Contractor · Registered and insured. ## Structured data ```json [ { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@type": "WebSite", "name": "Roof Repair Company", "legalName": "Roof Repair Company LLC", "url": "https://roof.day/", "potentialAction": { "@type": "SearchAction", "target": "https://roof.day/blog?q={search_term_string}", "query-input": "required name=search_term_string" } }, { "@context": "https://schema.org/", "@type": "Organization", "@id": "https://www.trustindex.io/reviews/roof.day/en", "name": "Roof Repair Company", "logo": "https://cdn.trustindex.io/companies/be/bed3a5117691gf24/avatar.jpg", "url": "https://roof.day", "description": "Do you agree with Roof Repair Company's 5-star rating? From the very beginning, Johnny was wonderful to work with. He is genuinely nice, down-to-earth, and makes you feel like family. There was no sales pitch, no BS, and no trying to overcharge us — just honest, fair pricing and great service. Johnny came out to give us a quote and was able to have his crew there **the very next day**! He and his team showed up at 6:00 AM, got straight to work, and had the entire roof finished in time for me to leave for my daughter’s volleyball game that afternoon. 🙌 And the roof looks **AMAZING!** They cleaned up everything so well that, other than having a beautiful brand-new roof, you wouldn't even know they had been here. One thing we really appreciated was the communication throughout the entire process. They sent my husband pictures starting with the initial inspection/quote and continued sending updates all the way through to the final shingle being laid. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Fair pricing, excellent communication, an incredibly hardworking crew, and beautiful work.
